SMS/Text Messages

15. Important Note About SMS Data

All text messaging opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver the SMS service. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

16. Sharing Information with Third Parties

Jetfuel does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Jetfuel may share data with third parties to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Jetfuel, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

b) Marketing Restrictions: Your mobile number will never be used for marketing or promotional purposes by us or any of our affiliates, unless you’ve explicitly agreed to it.

c) Limited Use: The information you share with us through SMS will only be used for the specific purposes you’ve consented to, like appointment reminders, event updates, receipts, customer service messages, or promotional offers you’ve opted into receiving.

d) Opt-Out Control: You can opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. Once you opt-out, we’ll confirm via SMS and will immediately stop sending you messages.
